This install fest was held on January 22nd, 2011.

What Was New

  1. A sign in sheet was established to create a first in first out work flow.
  2. A survey was sent out to the "customers" to provide feedback to the lug.
  3. Coffee was made by lug member Jonathan Lindsey.




Lessons Learned

  1. Need clearer text entry on our sign in sheet. I was unable to read the "customers" handwriting. The use of a door greeter/secretary would facilitate this.


  1. 24 People helped in total
  2. Average wait time for help was 5.27 minutes
  3. 2 Customers asked to be added to the mailing list
  4. 2 Customers filled out the survey.
